Please conduct a search on Google for the official Pepsi website, with the intention of locating the brand’s comprehensive presentation of Pepsi’s original beverage, its flavor profile, and the expectations for first-time consumers. Surprisingly, you will discover an absence of any such descriptive content.
Why is that?
Similarly, visit the official website of The Coca-Cola Company to seek analogous information. You encounter a cursory overview of the company’s history and objectives, but notably absent is any detailed description of the original Coca-Cola drink, the iconic carbonated beverage itself. How come?
Conversely, conduct a Google search for Perrier, you will find a well-articulated portrayal of their product: “Elegant, sparkling and refreshing. PERRIER Carbonated Mineral Water has delighted generations of beverage seekers for over 150 years, with its unique blend of distinctive bubbles and balanced mineral content. Originating in France, its effervescent spirit is known worldwide. It also offers a great alternative to carbonated soft drinks, with no sugar and zero calories. PERRIER is thirst-quenching on its own, but its crisp carbonation makes it the perfect partner for cocktails and drink recipes. It’s the ideal at-home or on-the-go beverage, making it a refreshing choice for every day.”
Now my question to you is, do you recognize yourself in this description?
Why do certain brands opt to forgo providing an authentic introduction to their products? Is this choice predicated on the assumption that consumers should inherently possess knowledge about their product? or is it driven by a perception of being too widely recognized to necessitate an introduction? What about us, their Angel Customers, and loyal fans, don’t we also deserve to be individually recognized in return?
Share YOUR explanation of one of your favorite brands or products in the comments below. Check out JestaFreak.com brands directory to find out how your favorite brands describe their products and tell us if you relate yourself to it. We are very interested to know how Angel Customers relate themselves to their brand’s website explanation, if ever mentioned, and how they would describe it themselves. Mind you, it could be better than the original description!
LOL this is a sharp observation! Love that!
This is an interesting debate. I am an athlete and Red Bull has always been my favorite drink. I just visited their website which I have never done before, and I couldn’t find any description of my favorite drink. As a Red Bull Angel Customer, I would describe it this way:” the taste is an exhilarating and unique experience that goes beyond mere words. It’s like a symphony of flavors and sensations that awaken the senses and provide a burst of energy like no other. The initial sip is a delightful blend of sweet and tangy, with a sharp citrusy kick that immediately grabs your attention. It’s as if you’ve just bitten into a ripe, zesty tangerine. The sweetness is perfectly balanced with a hint of bitterness, creating a harmonious flavor profile that’s both refreshing and invigorating. As you continue to drink, the effervescent carbonation adds a lively and playful element to the taste. It tingles on your tongue, creating a sensation that complements the overall experience. The carbonation also helps enhance the drink’s crisp and clean finish, leaving you with a satisfying, slightly dry aftertaste that lingers just long enough to keep you craving another sip.
Red-Bull is a source of inspiration, motivation, and a quick pick-me-up when needed most. The unique combination of flavors and the immediate energy boost make it a beloved companion for tackling challenges, staying focused, or simply enjoying life to the fullest. In the eyes of a fan, Red Bull Original is not just a drink; it’s a taste of vitality and the promise of endless possibilities.
Wow! You nailed it @Simon.Pierce! What a nice description of Red Bull original! Thank you for sharing.
Am a Crush (orange soda by 7up/Dr.Pepper) forever fan or Angel Customer as you name it. I am 69 years old, and I associate my favorite drink with happy memories as a child. Today I tried looking for a detailed prescription of my drink. It’s not there. Instead, a general full range Crush soda drinks short description.
Same as 7UP. No description of the original drink on the website. It’s weird. Why won’t brands describe their products anymore? Websites are used for sales, marketing, and events. All you can see is the ingredients listing (not all) but nothing about the taste and what to expect.
: That’s because they expect us to know their products well, especially when they are successful and long existing.
Agree, and that is a bit of arrogancy in my views.
Do you have any idea how much you spent on 7UP in your life?
At least 9,000 Pounds I would say! OMG!!!!
That’s why I love the Four Seasons! Visit their website and you will find a clear description of their brand and what to expect. Visit their hotels and you are welcomed with real smiles and beautiful service. This tells a lot about the PEOPLE behind the brand!
Can’t agree more @Rowena_Rice. Does the Four Seasons recognize you as their Angel Customer though? That’s the question.
I look forward to your posts and further explanation about Angel Customers. I am already registered and can’t wait to see what’s next! I want to be recognized by my favorite brands.
Thank you for registering and for your trust @Rowena_Rice! We are as excited as you!
