Totally agree. Nike has been at the forefront of digital transformation in retail. They have launched apps like Nike Training Club and Nike Run Club, offering personalized fitness experiences and encouraging a healthy lifestyle among younger consumers. Nike also utilizes augmented reality (AR) technology for virtual try-ons of shoes and apparel, enhancing the online shopping experience for Gen Z.
Am a big fan 👍Go Nike Go! ♥
True. Zara’s fast fashion model and agile supply chain enable them to quickly respond to trends and introduce new collections. They also emphasize sustainability with initiatives like the Join Life collection, featuring eco-friendly materials. Also H&M has embraced inclusivity and diversity in their marketing campaigns, featuring a wide range of models and body types. They also offer sustainable fashion options through their Conscious Collection, appealing to environmentally conscious consumers. H&M and Zara have shifted lately based on my experience to more youngster like looks and trends in fashion. Sephora also has enhanced the beauty shopping experience with its Beauty Insider program, offering personalized recommendations and rewards for loyal customers. They also leverage AR technology for virtual makeup try-ons, allowing Gen Z customers to experiment with different looks.
Lots of brands have shifted to this side of clientele. I am not sure about older generations how they look at that change, but I personally love that. I feel that brands are talking more to me now, mirroring my preferences in fashion and make-up ♥✌
I belong to Gen X. I don’t relate too much with some of these changes especially in fashion trends. But I appreciate more the changes in make-up brands as they now emphasize more on natural and natural and cruelty-free beauty products like Lush, for example, they prioritize clean ingredients and ethical sourcing and promote activism through campaigns and partnerships with environmental organizations. Also Glossier, their minimalist packaging and focus on natural beauty resonate with the effortless beauty preferences of millennials and Gen Z. They also prioritize customer feedback and engagement through social media. I experienced this more closely through my daughters. They are in their early twenties and all about sustainability and environmental issues.
Exactly and that’s what we appreciate. Hopefully more brands will join 🌸
I work for Adidas. Adidas has made significant strides in sustainability with initiatives like Futurecraft Loop, a shoe that can be recycled into a new pair. Adidas also does engage with younger consumers through collaborations with influencers and celebrities, creating limited-edition collections that resonate with Millennial and Gen Z fashion trends.
I have a pair of those. They ARE AWESOME.
Apple has revolutionized the retail experience with its flagship stores, offering interactive workshops and events focused on creativity and technology. My sister works for Apple and she always talks about how they also prioritize environmental sustainability by using recycled materials in their products and reducing their carbon footprint. We all shifted to Apple in the family, from mobiles to laptops, etc. Even my parents. Not only because their products are the leaders in tech and looks but also thanks to their serious care about the environment. Am all about the environment and a huge fan of Patagonia. They are well known for their commitment to environmental activism and sustainable practices. They donate a percentage of their profits to environmental causes and advocate for ethical manufacturing in the apparel industry. In my views brands should not only shift strategy for business purposes but because they also believe in the positive impact on our planet in the first place.
