Code of Conduct

Welcome to Jesta Freak community. We want this space to be an open place where everybody feels safe and encouraged to express their feelings and views about brands, companies, products, experiences, and destinations they love and are loyal to. We want people to share their experiences, exchange ideas, get inspired and eventually interact - whenever possible - with their beloved brands.

This is a space free from hatred speech, negativity and discrimination, where everyone is eligible to express their factual experiences with their beloved brands, share their passion, facts and opinions, generate ideas, engage in exchanging knowledge and much more, only in a positive manner without fear of being judged, in a zero-tolerance approach atmosphere to negativity. Please respect Jesta Freak code of conduct at all times to avoid temporary/permanent suspension.

Our focus is on brands and customers experiences, we therefore do not accept:

Publishing comments and posts, engaging in or promoting behaviors and attitudes which are discriminatory in nature towards any groups or individuals, based on such grounds as gender, sexual orientation, religion, ethnicity or social background;
Advertising and publishing comments or posts that are vulgar, offensive, propagating violence, fascist ideology, racism or violating the rights of others;
Personal attacks on other members of the community or participants of a discussion;
Using any disrespectful, vulgar, offensive, and coarse language, images and videos;
Any form of violence or incitement towards violence or other illegal acts;
Engaging in, promoting, or inciting to any form of illegal activity;
Specific personal, sensitive, and confidential details should not be shared with others and the communities;
Being aware and considerate that members might share information with just the community, group, or you specifically, they may not want to share outside the community or group – we urge you to respect this!
Copyrights and intellectual property rights need to be respected at all time and therefore all members need to make sure / are accountable that whenever materials such as texts, images, videos, etc. are shared, they are not infringing the rights of others;
Promoting and publishing lies, and fake news is never accepted; and
Sharing information or commentary that is not remotely connected to the specific discussion or community topics

The administrators of the site have the full authority to delete and without warning any information, commentary, content that is breaking the above rules.

People who break these terms will get a first warning and in the case any of the above rules are broken again, members will be blocked and deleted from the system. In case of gross violation immediate blocking of the account and deletion will take place.

We encourage other members to identify and report any misconduct to the administrators of the site at admin@jestafreak.com
