There are only a handful hotel brands that provide you with an experience that might result in considering this place your home away from home. Few companies are as focused on the customer experience than Four Seasons Hotels & Resorts and their ability to deliver most of the time is remarkable.

The brand’s legacy began in 1961 with the opening of the Motor Hotel in downtown Toronto, Canada.

The brand is expanding into new directions. Besides Four Season Residences the brand is exploring new travel experiences and destinations. Since 2015, the brand has operated a private jet Boeing 757 aircraft that has been customized to offer a luxury travel experience in striking black and white exterior, with the Four Seasons logo prominently displayed on the tail. The jet has only 52 custom leather seats (2-2 configurations) allowing for lots of space and comfort. Each trip is led by a team of Four Seasons experts, including an onboard concierge, a journey manager, and local guides at each destination.

The Four Seasons Private Jet offers several curated itineraries to some of the world’s most remote and exotic locations such as the Galapagos Islands and Antarctica. The itineraries typically last around three weeks and include visits to multiple countries and cultural sites. Examples of itineraries include “International Intrigue,” which explores cities such as Tokyo, Istanbul, and Marrakech, and “Timeless Encounters,” which visits destinations such as the Serengeti, the Taj Mahal, and the Great Barrier Reef. A trip starts at around USD 198,000 per person (based on double occupancy).

Starting in 2025, the Four Seasons brand will expand its operations to include Four Seasons Yachts, bringing its signature luxury experiences to the high seas. The brand anticipates opening reservations for this new venture in late 2023, with offerings that promise to be on par with the exceptional Four Seasons Private Jet experiences and match or exceeding its famous hotel rival Ritz-Carlton Yacht Collection experience.

Let us hope that one day, Four Seasons decides to introduce a 4-star brand at a price point that might provide access to us mere mortals to this outstanding hotel and customer experience.
